A Litltle Bit More About me
I’ve been a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer for over ten years and have recently completed a degree in Strength and Conditioning. This has allowed me to further develop my knowledge not only of how the body moves, but how to make it move better, stronger and more efficiently.
I’m a firm believer that understanding the fundamentals of movement is paramount when training.
By focusing on strong foundations, proper mechanics and structured programming, I help clients build strength, improve performance and reduce injury risk.
Alongside my coaching career, I’ve spent six months working as a sports coach in the US and have competed in a variety of sports .
This hands-on experience in both coaching and competition shapes my practical, performance-driven approach to training. And giving you the opportunity to create your elite self.
