East Park Gym is located between Wokingham and Bracknell on the grounds of the stunning and newly renovated Easthampstead Park (click here to check it out).

We sit surrounded by the beautiful Berkshire woodland which the estate enjoys and our members do too – members of EPG get 10% off Food & Drink in the hotel.

On site we have a large gym floor, studio (now featuring SPIN), outdoor training area, individual luxury wet and dry changing rooms and a multi-purpose reception on the first floor.

To join East Park Gym, you can simply press the ‘Join Now’ button on our website, give us call on: 01189 747 585, or pop in and see us during our opening times: 06.00 – 22.00 weekdays and 08.00 – 20.00 weekends.

East Park Gym is open from 6am – 10pm weekdays and 8am– 8pm on weekends.

Like most gyms, we tend to be busier between 6am – 8am and then again at 5pm – 6.30pm, however, due to our high quantities of equipment, you can always find something available to use, no matter the time.

No, unfortunately, we provide world class fitness ammenities, equipment and facilities, but not the towel sadly. 

Yes, we have a car park with 200 FREE parking spaces. 

Yes, your first trial is on us! Just book in for a tour or pop in and let any member of staff know it’s your first time in our gym.

Absolutely! Members can bring as many people as they like for a free trial, however; it is one free pass per person, you will not be able to bring the same person in for free more than once, but they are more than welcome to buy a Day Pass after this.

Yes, we have more than enough lockers, just bring your own padlock.

Sadly no, we do not have a swimming pool.

Yes, we have several bike racks just outside the gym.
