Our referral scheme is our way of saying thank you to our members for spreading the word about East Park Gym.
When you refer a friend and they decide to join our gym family not only will you receive a complimentary month of membership, but your friend will also benefit from a generous 50% discount off a month's membership fee.

Rewards Scheme
Our rewards scheme (eligible for 18+ members only) is designed to recognise and celebrate your ongoing commitment to your fitness journey.
After three months of membership you'll receive a £20 drinks voucher for Easthampstead Park.
At six months enjoy a £70 meal voucher to spend at Easthampstead Park.
After 12 months you'll recieve a dinner, bed, & breakfast experience for two at any Active Hospitality hotel (includes Easthampstead Park, Gorse Hill, or Villiers Hotel).
Following on from your first year of membership, you'll then receive vouchers every 3, 6 and 12 months thereafter.

How can I unlock member benefits?
To unlock member benefits, you must hold either an annual, student or monthly adult membership with East Park Gym. Members must be aged 18 or over to qualify for our rewards scheme. For more information, please email membership@eastparkgym.com. Terms and conditions apply.
How does your referral scheme work?
To take part in our referral scheme, simply email membership@eastparkgym.com to let our team know that you're referring a friend. Ask your friend to do the same when they join. Once they sign up, you'll receive one complimentary month of membership, while your friend will receive 50% off one month's membership. There is no fixed timeframe for applying the free month or discount. Please contact our team for further details. Terms and conditions apply.
Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer?
No. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. The more friends who join through your referral, the more complimentary months of membership you can receive.
Do I need to notify East Park Gym when referring a friend?
Yes. Please email membership@eastparkgym.com when referring a friend so our team can ensure your rewards are applied correctly.
How long do I have to use my rewards vouchers?
The expiry date for each rewards voucher will be confirmed when it is issued.
Can reward vouchers be exchanged for something else?
No. Reward vouchers cannot be exchanged for alternative experiences or monetary value. All vouchers have an expiry date and are subject to availability and our terms and conditions.
