A Litltle Bit More About Me
Strength comes in many forms. Having completed at a national level in powerlifting and Kettlebell sport, I know what physical strength is but, being this level has taught me mental strength, to know what your body can do when situations try to prove otherwise.
Emotional strength to keep coming back and progressing when times are hard.
As an athlete I was working in strict weight classes so understanding nutrition was essential to keep at my best and within the weight category I competed in.
By learning all of this I was able to win gold and silver medals at the 2018 34 Asian open for Powerlifting in Mongolia representing Hong Kong and being the first person in Hong Kong to hold the rank of CMS (candidate for master of sport) in Kettlebell sport.
Maintaining a healthy body and mind is vital so I was lucky to be able to work for Joint Dynamics, a physiotherapy clinic. There I was able to work with their physios in learning rehab and corrective exercises to broaden my skill set and get a different approach to health and fitness.
