I'm Emily and I am a Personal trainer and working mum of 1.
I've been on my own fitness journey from being overweight to athlete, to being that person who walks in the gym to do cardio, to now lifting weights and feeling confident in my body and in the gym.
During my fitness journey I fell in love with strength training, and it's the best thing I've ever done!
As a working mum, I am here to help you set and achieve your goals around your busy lifestyle. To help you feel like that yummy mummy again.
I work with a variety of clients. From average gym goers, mums, to first time setting foot in a gym, I can help you hit your goals and find what exercise style works for you. It's a lifestyle change not a quick fix, so you must find something you enjoy, trust the process and be dedicated.
Whatever path you're on I get a buzz from helping you get to where you want to be. My passion for fitness started when I found what I love to do in the gym. No one wants to dread working out, find what you love, and the rest will fall into place.
