A Litltle Bit More About me
I'm Ryder, a personal trainer based here at East Park Gym.
Like many of you, I too am at the start of my fitness journey but in a professional context with the desire to help make this process as easy and enjoyable for as many people as possible.
In my eyes, fitness shouldn't merely be about going to the gym a few times a week but instead should be something much more than that.
Fitness should be an aspect of your life that you enjoy and a process that excites you, if it's feeling like a chore then something needs to change.
Whether you're starting, restarting, or looking to level up your training, I’m here to help however possible.
Be that strength gain, hypertrophy, fitness, or to simply improve the quality of your life, resistance training can help, and I’m here to assist you.
Personally, my goals are very strength and hypertrophy focused as I have the desire to compete and put myself to the test in the future which is something that's ignited the fire beneath me since gyms reopened.
Everybody has their own fitness journey, and each is unique, but sometimes we need a tour guide to help us along the way which is exactly where a personal trainer comes in.
